Contract
The contract I have my clients/new kitten families read and sign is for the protection of my cats, kittens, my clients and my cattery. I have seen to many of my breeder friends and kitten families get burned by who they thought were good intentioned breeders/people/new kitten families. My contract is very detailed with what is expected so there are no surprises. I work in the legal field and have my Paralegal degree but I do not offer any legal advice. My contract is for my cattery and my cattery alone in the state of Arizona, Maricopa County. I will not change or make any exceptions when it comes to my contract. We are very transparent and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Legal contract is defined as: "An agreement between private parties creating mutual obligations enforceable by law. The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality. In some states, element of consideration can be satisfied by a valid substitute. Possible remedies for breach of contract include general damages, consequential damages, reliance damages, and specific performance."
